Like all Toyota 's affiliates, TMV is firmly dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality in all the products that we manufacture and sell. With a history of over 30 years, Toyota 's own Toyota Production System (TPS) is a management system that has been adopted by companies in different industries around the world to optimize productivity and quality.
JIT (Just In Time) JIT is a system that minimizes inefficiency by providing precisely the components necessary for each stage of operation.
JIDOKA
JIDOKA is a self-regulatory production system that maintains high quality by requiring each worker to be an inspector when performing their assembly duties.
KAIZEN
KAIZEN is a philosophy of "Continuous Improvement" that encourages each and every member of the company to constantly strive for the highest quality and efficiency.
Advanced processes are constantly being introduced at TMV, including cathode ED (Electro Deposition) coating processes to ensure the highest quality paint finish, and such advanced features as an overhead conveyor that facilitates car assembly and reduces worker fatigue by maintaining the assembly line at the optimal height for each operation.
We will continue to improve our productivity by introducing a version of TPS optimized for TMV's production conditions.

- LEADER IN LOCALIZATION PROCESS

Toyota Motor Vietnam is the leader in the localization process in Vietnam with localization ratio of as high as 45% for the Innova (according to the ASEAN calculation method). Toyota is always active in developing its domestic part suppliers network. We have had so far 9 part suppliers with other plans to expand more. Beside inviting Denso- a 100% foreign-invested company to produce auto parts for exporting in Thang Long Industrial Zone, TMV opened the first ever stamping shop in Vietnam . All these activities combine to make a lasting contribution to the development of the automotive industry in Vietnam.
