Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV) started the Internal No Quality No Life activities within the project “NO QUALITY NO LIFE” for all departments of TMV and Toyota dealers nationwide.
In 2017, TMV launched the project “NO QUALITY NO LIFE” to bring quality to a new level, in which Work Quality is a fundamental part of products, sales and services quality. The purpose is to achieve “Smiles of Customers” by exceeding their expectation.
To further encourage quality improvement activities, TMV will launch “Internal No Quality No Life” from October for all departments of TMV and Toyota dealers. Through this program, all members will together make further great effort in improving work quality, thereby bringing the best product and service for customers.
