Toyota Motor Vietnam officially launches the “Toyota Seat Selfie Challenge” in 9 Asia – Pacific countries including Brunei, Combodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philipines and Vietnam, in order to enhance the importance of wearing seatbelts, contributing to create the habbit of wearing seatbelts while travelling for all people. This is one of the meaningful activities within the Toyota Road Safety Campaign implemented by TMC.
As the world’s auto maker, beside producing better cars, Toyota believes that in order to build a safer road environment, there needs the joining-hands of all people in the community. Therefore, Toyota commits and make unceasing efforts to contribute to a safer road environment through global Toyota’s integrated 3-part safety initiatives, inlcuding: People, Vehicles and Traffic Environment which aims for a society with no traffic accidents. This not only needs advanced technology to avoid traffic accidents and reduce injuries but also depends much on the awareness and actions of traffic participants.
With the message “Safety is in your hands”, the “Toyota Seat Selfie Challenge” is the commitment for action of safety as well as encouraging people to always wear seatbelt during travelling to become “safety leaders”, as the simple act of buckling up helps save lives and reduce injuries from crashes.
