Today, Toyota Motor Asia Pacific (TMAP), Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV) and Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) oficially announced that Sanna Khanh Hoa FC will participate in the final round of the Toyota Mekong Clubs Championship (TMCC) as the representative of Vietnam, together with the representative of Thailand SCG Muangthong United FC. The match between the two teams will take place at Hang Day Stadium, Hanoi at 17:30 Saturday 23 Dec 2017.
Winning over the Cambodia’s Boeungket FC in qualifying round, which took place on December 9th and December 13th, as well as winning in the semi-final against Laos from Lao Toyota FC on 17 Dec, Sanna Khanh Hoa FC of head coach Vo Dinh Tan won the ticket to the final round, against SCG Muangthong United FC - representative of Thailand. Especially, this is the first time in the four-year history of the TMCC tournament, witnessing the match between Vietnam and Thailand. Moreover, Sanna Khanh Hoa and SCG Muangthong United FC both participate in this tournament for the first time. The final round will consist of 02 matches: The first leg taking place at 17:30 tomorrow 23/12 at Hang Day Stadium, Hanoi; The 2nd leg will be held in Thailand on Jan 6th 2018.
Especially, the 1st leg in Hanoi will also have the participation of 2 artists as rocker Anh Khoa and singer Hoang Thuy Linh. The performance of these 2 singers will surely contribute to the joyful atmosphere of the final match. The tickets are free and to be delivered at the stadium from 2pm on Dec 23rd.
All matches will be lived in official Website and Facebook channels of TMCC as well as through FOX Sport Asia – exclusive sport channel in Asia of FOX Network. The 1st leg match in Vietnam will also be lived to football fans in Vietnam through Vietnam TV channel – VTV6.
