Along with the launching of Toyota Wigo 2020 which has outstanding design and convenience functions, in early September, Toyota Vietnam has adjusted prices of some Wigo parts, aiming to bring customers the best products and services at a reasonable price. Specifically, reduced the retail price of Wigo Cabin air filter & oil filter by 30% and Wigo exclusive part for BP by 15%.

Together with "Service your Toyota, win a car" campaign, continuing the success of Greeting Campaign 2019, from August 2020, Toyota Vietnam has launched "We care - From understanding to taking action" campaign at dealer network nationwide. The campaign aims to encourage dealer’s frontline staff to bring customers a CONVENIENT – TRUST – SAFE experience throughout the journey to Toyota dealers through activities such as present thank you card with periodic maintenance remind, internal kaizen contest on customer satisfaction enhancement, recording and visualizing positive comments, suggestions from customers with "You said – We did" board.
